A Thai husband told investigators that he strangled his wife then shot her three times after they argued about her sending his mother 1,000 baht a month.

Suchart or Phaisan or Jok, aged 53, killed Walaiphan on February 5th earlier this year then fled the Rom Klao community area in a taxi.

He then became a rag and bone man in the area of a temple in Bang Plee where he slept.

However, after getting back in touch with his relatives he was finally arrested yesterday.

Where in the report doe it say he does not have a job earning money,

he killed his wife when they argued about sending money to his mother.

You are right, it does not stand anywhere, but that makes it even more stupid. That makes me assume he do not have his own money. If he have an income, then he can just send to his mother without arguing about it with his wife. As long as he can share the costs or provide for his wife at the same time. Anyway, not much of a man.

Maybe it would have been better to man up, get an income, take care of his money and sending to his mum.

Far too rational where basic "logic" may be undefinable.

So, then it´s better to do like you and just accept that basic logic isn´t in the picture, right?

Today... 55555555    just advice, never assume the traffic will stop when

you step off the curb on a zebra crossing, never assume the worker who says

he will be there at 3.00 to fix something, will actually come at 3.00,or at all.

I must give it to you. You really know what off-topic is. Laughable again!

Much better that I accept that, basic logic is not active in the situation, and act accordingly than not. Wouldn't you agree?

Right, 'cos that's what it means to be a 'man' right? Man up and get an income.

What would you have said if he was a 'she'. Woman up and get an income maybe?

He could have sold the gun though...

Quite simple. If he had any money he could have been sending. We don´t need Sherlock for that.

So now you know how Thai are struggling during this lockdown. Time to open up the economy,.

So this could never have happened before the lockdown? Really?

Perhaps it would have been better to have pawned or sold the gun and sent the money to his mother.

the principle of the state not giving adequate pension is a source of conflict,

same as the unwanted demands for tipping,

it will inevitably lead to conflict

Not never but less likely if one is well-fed and employed.
