Two points spring to mind; the agents in-between have failed to keep the link from TG to Airbus VIA THE AGENT and secondly, the little brown manila envelope went missing somewhere between origin and destination ...............

The will probably be the real story.

Aircraft are Leased through these mega rich Leasing Companies, who purchase them from Airbus.

No Airline would buy them outright, due to the high costs, and no Aircr4aft Manufacturer would rent them direct to an Airline, as its too risky.
