A French family is very happy to be stranded on Samui Island in Surat Thani province because of the pandemic crisis, thanks to the hospitality they are enjoying.

Monsieur D.’ family from France has been confined to the Ammatara Pura Pool Villa for two months.

The hotel’s reception manager was quoted in a local paper as saying that the family was very comfortable staying on in Thailand, as the hotel has all facilities and also charged them a special price being tourists who are stranded in the country.

“Monsieur D. has praised the hotel via French media, encouraging everyone to enjoy Thailand’s tourism.” the manager said.

Probably because the islands stopped all transport on or off.
