You don't need a pedestrian crossing to cross a road!

Street rules just say that if there is one nearby (50m ?), then you must use it.

    Bike rider for sure...bike in middle of road as lady waits for it to pass....bike rider obviously not seen her otherwise he could have avoided her.....just a typical day on the roads here

  • I reckon there's more to it than we see. The pedestrian appears to see them coming, doesn't try to move out of the way, and then appears to put an arm out to knock them off. But the bike also app
