There are some, mine cut me off at 72 they lied at the beginning but just told us they had change their policy. 

Over 70 is very expensive, I now use our gov hospital @ 3 monthly check ups and do my best to stay healthy and fit.

Surely any health insurance, were u able to get it at your age would incur such a large excess that it would prove to be useless.

 

I think money in the bank is probably the best way to go ( no pun intended )
