Samut Prakarn man arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting underage daughters

Police have tracked down and arrested a father accused by his teen daughters of sexually assaulting them and are now interrogating him.

 

The arrest came after Tham Dee Foundation president Dr Panadda Wongphudee took two middle school girls aged 14 and 15 to Samut Prakarn’s Samrong Nua police station yesterday evening (June 8 ) to file a charge against the girls’ father for allegedly “sexually assaulting his daughters in their house in Meuang district for more than two years”.

 

 

“The father is 42 years old and works as a janitor at an international school in the province,” said Panadda. “The girls told the foundation they have been sexually violated for more than two years by their father and that he threatened to kill them if they told anyone.”

 

The victims reportedly said their parents had divorced several years ago and they lived with their father, who had remarried and had two other children since. They reportedly decided to contact the foundation out of fear for their safety and that their father would sexually harass their youngest half-sister, who is only one year old.

 

“The foundation took the victims out of the house on June 7 for their safety and has coordinated with the Social Development and Human Security Ministry to provide them with a safe place to stay,” Panadda added.

would you not want to see proof first, two years is a long time for that sort of activity to go unnoticed in a Thai community.

I understand what you are saying, and agree proof is needed, after all, there are many instances where a man's reputation, career, etc has been ruined by false claims by women all over the World. However, this sort of thing sadly happens far too often in Rural Villages, be it a stepfather, or "Uncle", and unfortunately there is always the mindset in these communities of not getting involved in family matters.

It is likely true as it boggles the mind to think of both daughters coordinating their stories. Guys like this should not even be jailed. They should be executed. There are certain lines one crosses in life, that essentially self revokes the right to consume oxygen.

Yes, maybe, but this is in samut phrakan which is practically Bangkok and not a rural village in the middle of nowhere. Also, this is the father, not stepfather nor uncle. And if it's been going on for 2 years why only complain now? 

I'm not saying he didn't do it, but from a short story such as the op you shouldn't jump to conclusions, judge and sentence the person accused
