I wasn't going to reply but have just re read your reply and can't recall "telling the story" or mentioning anything about "the the majority of Muslims". I am not faking anything and resent you falsely quoting me in an attempt to make yourself look smarter than you are. Have a nice day down south Pal.

My Sincere apology  :wai:

Hat Yai ....... mostly Muslim, maybe the offer of pork wasn't that friendly.

  • Not really, probably about 25-30% of our population is Muslim. These people knew each other, so doubt it has anything to do with pork or religion.

  • "the good name of one of the friend's mother's was brought into question" Well, it sounds like they weren't friends, then, doesn't it?

Hey man... you just don't go insulting someone's best friends Mom's like that.

"I'm going to get a sword to cut off your head ... don't be here when I get back"!

I assume that's how it went.

I think it was meant as a joke.

I think Islam was meant as a joke also.

Strangely, many people took these stories very seriously. Stories so far fetched that if there was only one person would believe these stories, this person would be locked up as insane...

Well, actually, this would apply for just about all of the superstitious beliefs in this world.  ????
