There's a new shopping center called Matathip Hall (sp?) across from Tesco Lotus in UD Town.

Its been under construction for some time and appears to be done for a least the last 6-12 months but not open.

There's a coffee shop that I see is open but the whole center itself is not

Anybody know what's up?

It is a covention center - understand the coffe shop is bankrupt and will close (thankfully)
