I find english food to be tasteless. I like hot and spicy myself.

 Since I got my new oven, my family and I  have  gain some kilos. I owe it all to baking deserts from scratch.

I can also understand about your GF hating it when you were younger, I married young and things changed when we got married, I was lucky to get it once a month, she had issues that's why she is my x, and apart from sex with scores of western woman in my years, not bragging, they all had baggage, whereas with this one it's no baggage and we are still like rabbits since we met 14 odd years ago. Guess it's the luck of the draw ?

Funny thing about cheese Colin , When I first met my wife years ago she didn't understand cheese at all. Mac/cheese she will now take a taste but prefers Thai food. BUT only last week she made cheese , not strong so I suggested she puts blue cheese with it and it will catch. After a Big C shop she now likes blue cheese with a baguette , me I prefer Casino soft cheese . Oh while in Big C or Makro...................Canadian bacon.!! TGM product.

I speak my truths here on TVF and if you don't agree, fine, move on, don't attack me for our ways of raising our kids our way, we are married, responsible parents who put a lot of hard work into making sure our kids toe the line, we have rules in the house, respect, discipline, chores, not like the rest of the world and I don't appreciate it when someone doesn't know squat about me or my wife or our kids having a go.

 

The are comfortable, speak openly, have a roof over their heads, are warm, fed and educated, hopefully tomorrow when they go into the real world they will be able to fend for themselves and earn a crust, perhaps you would like us to let them be on social media and the mobile till all hours of the morning, give me a break.

Have you tried the Tesco Madras sauce ?  I think it is like what i remember years ago in Indian restaurants in england.

I can recomend it but may well not be to your taste. Bought a jar last week and deffo to my liking.
