This may have impacted some of you who use European phones in Thailand with a European mobile provider, or elsewhere for that matter. 4 days ago, my apps froze, Viber, LINE and a few others.  Apparently, this was because of a bug introduced into the systems by Facebook. Deleting and re installing the apps didn't cure the problem. I then came upon a fix, by downloading 'Lockdown App'.  Once downloaded and installed (its a kind of VPN), it cured the problem and the apps started working as normal.  Lockdown can then be deleted if you wish.  Thought I would post this just in case others had the same issues.  It didn't  seem to effect Thai phones.
