I got in touch with Mazuma Bangkok and they wouldn't give me the number for the Pattaya agent but rang for me and the line was busy. So I tested the flow as best I could then took it off the wall  to take to the Mazuma shop. The Mazuma guy rang late yesterday and they don't want it, but to put it back on the wall and someone would come out Thursday to have a look. Service charge B500 - 600. Toss-up, buy a new one or pay B600 for someone to tell me I need a new one.

Mazuma technicians came today and the flow switch was faulty. Must be a problem as they checked it first. New one installed. All good again.
