It was 5.30 this morning on Beach Road outside the Royal Garden Plaza in South Pattaya. Attaphon, 36, was covered in blood. He was given first aid then rushed to Bang Lamung hospital. Picture: Siam Chon News No one saw any attack, said Siam Chon News on Facebook. Witnesses just saw the victim running saying he had been attacked. The victim was not saying either but planned to report the matter after going to hospital to have his rear end patched up. Hopefully the local constabulary will be able to get to the bottom of the matter. Not illegal to sell. The police can only enforce (if they chose to) the law. It is however illegal to have one in a public place without a reasonable excuse. Btw, you can buy all types of knives on Lazada too. Some copies of premium brands on there too, cheap of course. Or cheap Chinese brands.
