I am wondering if other Americans did not receive their SSA-7162 in June as usually happens each year.  Hopefully it will come in the second mailing in October. I don’t look forward to dealing with Manila to try to get things reinstated.

Been loads of threads on this subect the last few weeks/months.

 

Basic summary: don't worry about it. If you can't avoid worrying fill it in, scan it, email it to the Philippines. Or mail it to the U.S. via EMA (880 baht) or CourierPost (990 baht).

They have not sent them yet as far I know. Manila have said that due to covid 19 and mailing problems our benefits will not be stopped if one is not received.

I completed a blank SSA-7162 form and sent it to Manila on Sunday. Got a email today confirming they had received it.
