Hi May I receive a certificate of residence from the Embassy to obtain my Thai driving licence .How much is the charge Thanks .

If you can you would be better off getting it from immigration, cheaper to start with and you are not going to need a translation.

The DLT refused my yellow book so I am going to pick one up when I go to immigration next week.
