You do not need a company IN Thailand to be insured in Thailand. And I don't think any Thai company will cover you with diabetes.

 

International companies may also be difficult but perhaps not impossible though it would depend what the "immune" condition you have is. Best to go through a broker, I use AA

You may want to reconsider the outpatient cover, nto really necessary here and will double the premiums. Most in-patient only policies will cover day surgeries and outpatient cancer treatment and dialysis.
