TdF is back today.

During last year's race I posted how I watched/followed it (copied below). If anybody knows and better way to watch, any great podcasts or the best news reporting or coverage please post it.

"I watch on British Eurosport 1 and ITV4 on mobdro app. When it buffers badly on one of those channels, i close down mobdro and reopen it on the other channel.

Also downloading and listening daily to the BBC 5 'Bespoke' podcasts (

https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p02pcb42/episodes/downloads ), and i watch Lance Armstrong / George Hincapie daily podcasts on WEDU THEMOVE on youtube"

Sadly no Froomey or Geraint Thomas this year's race.

some say cavendish will be there but we wait and see if he turns up

As he announced (Twitter) and checking the lists, he is not participating.

I am just watching on a paid TV service in German, no help for you.

Already first crash on the promenade.

I don't know of any better way to watch...

Enough crashes already, but kudos to the teams for neutralising the dangerous wet and slippery downhill section.

I'm all for spectacular racing, but maybe the UCI children will grow a pair and take some responsibility for rider safety.

Meantime straight into the climbs today!
