You know what, I really don't believe with trump its 'sticks and stones'. IMO trump is intent on destroying any equilibrium in US society.

Seriously doubt Trump is "intent" on anything but Trump. The things he does all seem to service what's best, at any given moment, for himself. Or whatever he's got the urge to do/say at any given moment. Implying that he's got some underlying philosophy, ideology or set of values....nah, can't see it.

Rose City Antifa in Portland is one of the oldest Antifa groups in the US, and have shown increased activity in terms of attacking Patriot Prayer in Portland (one of whom has just been killed on the streets), but you think the 90 days of unrest in Portland, with cars burning and general violence have nothing to do with Rose City Antifa? I suppose they're just sitting at home drinking tea whilst Portland is burned by the big bad Trump, and peacefully discussing race relations with BLM?

I don't believe for a minute you think that, you have shown time and again you are a far leftist and above even said you'd join Antifa yourself. You're clearly trying to deflect blame from Rose City Antifa because you're an ideological relative. But nobody with an impartial mind could possibly  believe Rose City Antifa do not play a role in the current unrest in Portland, particularly since Antifa people have been arrested.

Members of my family were given medals for their Anti Fascism activities, and that was at least 75 years ago.

75 years of a history to be proud of.

Looks like your whole post is a collection of slogans and falsehoods.

The recent weeks have seen unprecedented rioting and destruction all across the US, with one of the main affected cities being Portland where the oldest Antifa group, Rose City Antifa, has ensured 90 plus days of vandalism, violence and destruction.

There was no point made worth addressing in your post, I'm afraid.

US under trump, winning.

Oh just by government agencies:

“The city of Portland has been under siege for 47 straight days by a violent mob while local political leaders refuse to restore order to protect their city. Each night, lawless anarchists destroy and desecrate property, including the federal courthouse, and attack the brave law enforcement officers protecting it."

  • Violent anarchists broke a window at the Hatfield Courthouse while pelting the building with objects.
  • Violent anarchists cut a hole in the fence surrounding Hatfield Courthouse.

06/10/2020

  • Violent anarchists removed the entire fence around Hatfield Courthouse and graffitied its front columns.
  • Violent anarchists attempted to remove wooden barriers from a window on the Hatfield Courthouse.

06/11/2020

  • Violent anarchists dismantled a section of the fence protecting the Edith Green-Wenell Wyatt Federal Building.

Well over 100 offences documented by a government agency, perpetrated by anarchists in Portland, of which Rose City Antifa are a main grouping.

https://www.dhs.gov/news/2020/07/16/acting-secretary-wolf-condemns-rampant-long-lasting-violence-portland

That report is full of ‘Violent Anarchist (did...) Which for the most part is graffiti.

No supporting evidence is provided to say why graffitiing a building is ‘violent anarchism’.

It reads like, a propaganda leaflet.

Oregon’s notoriously secretive Rose City Antifa meets regularly “like a business” to train in weapons and tactics, including eye-gouging, as well as how to engage in violence without getting caught, according to a video released Thursday by Project Veritas.

In what may be the first video of Antifa’s inner workings, the hidden-camera footage showed what was described as training sessions — in some cases using PowerPoint — by Rose City Antifa leaders inside a Portland, Oregon, bookshop before a room of apparently young, white recruits.

“Practice things like an eye gouge. It takes very little pressure to injure someone’s eyes,” said a man identified as Nicholas Cifuni in a “recon and tactics” class.

He was also recorded on audio delivering a profanity-laced warning to recruits about being too obvious while engaging in violence lest they draw the attention of police.

Just where does the buck stop? Who is in power? Who is the self professed president of law and order?

The president does not have authority to perform police actions within the USA.  If a governor requests assistance he can provide it but that is all.  So your meme is faulty.  The governors and mayors where the unrest is occurring are where the buck stops.

Yes, there was a source. However, what you presented as a general truth has been confirmed only for one year (2019). Information available for other years contradict your claim.

You are an example of the problem.  Keep looking for racism, you may eventually find it.  LOL

No, I stick to facts. A general conclusion must be drawn from a dataset of several years, not only one year, in particular when it concerns low numbers.

The rioting in places like Portland is definitely playing into Trumps hands. The latest poll has Trump ahead now:

Antifa may put in the effort, but they're not smart.

Well, that's gonna leave a mark.

The president does have the authority to intervene.

Trump's fault.

Nothing to do of course with the fact that Portland has the most active ANTIFA cell in the USA.

Antifa plays big with FOX news, and right wing types. As usual not much of a clue. The real power is the anarchist groups from the willamette valley; Eugene, Corvallis. They might call themselves antifa now, just the flavor of the month. BTW at the same time Oregon has active militia groups and Q anon types. Mix them up and

However none of this would have happened, if you did not have the women killed in a police raid in Louisville, at home on a non suspect. Followed by black guy jogging in Georgia, shotgunned by a homeowner. Finally police with knee on suspect suspects neck for what 8 minutes tell he dies.

Trump decided, given his epic fail with the wuhan pandemic, this might be his only campaign issue. Donald is dumping as much gasoline on it as he can as it is all he has left. Don't cry about it, embrace it.

Thanks for the heads up, if interested, worth other members doing some research e.g.

He did and what happened??? You can't have it both ways.

trump claims he's the law and order president, he owns the resolution, not constantly blaming others for his failures, which BTW a big contributor would be his divisiveness since he came to power. Ever since trump was on the campaign trial for the 2016 elections, trump has encouraged anger and violence by his supporters.

Did you see the clanger below from one of his senior people? No wonder trump doesn't condemn the current violence by his supporters, he actually tries to justify their actions.

“The more chaos and anarchy and vandalism and violence reigns, the better it is for the very clear choice on who’s best on public safety and law and order.”
