Tm30

Featured Replies

Sorry for this old saga again , for the first time in 4 months ive been out of province on a little jolly, do i have to do TM30 on return or is that in the old norm days?

It is not required now unless you change your registered address that immigration has.

Can the person who signed the lease agreement register or update the TM30 address?

We recently moved and the owner of the apartment was very clear he wants nothing to do with TM30 reporting.

He didn't want us to report either but he's kind of a d%$k so we intend to anyway.

They can do the TM30 report as the tennent/possessor.

So to be clear, the tenant/possessor has to register a new TM30 form for the new address?     I was reading about TM27 so need to check.

TM30 - Page 2 has the country entry date fields, this for me would be late last year, so I'm assuming that is what we enter.

You enter your most recent entry to the country.
