It's a natural progression aging process, nothing to worry about! You could always die it and look like this fool!

  • I embrace them. They give me (in my opinion) a rather distinguished, growing old gracefully look. Why any guy needs to dye their hair is beyond me.  It always looks obvious and fake.

No issues with grey hair - it can be carried off well.    People have actually asked me if I have dyed it grey !!!! Its pretty much silver all over now and has been for the last 7 or 8 years

  • No one...especially the ladies...pay much attention to gray hairs...give yourself a break...relax and age gracefully...????

Grey hairs growing

That’s ok, mate: Just be worried when begins to loose it. The color isn’t matter.

????

I just don't care about it. It is the ladies job to look good. A man only needs to be slightly more handsome than the devil.

If you're in your 40's why not bleach your hair ash blonde?

Stop worrying, it gives a man a distinguished look, not extinguished look. Also for beards, a man without a beard is a ....woman.

I just turned 74 and started getting grey hairs in the last 9 months; was in tears but then realized nothing lasts forever.

Time waits for no man, you either lose it or it goes grey; just accept it as life telling you your an old fart now.

I know someone with bolding top, this dude shaved em all looking like a Thai monk Jesus christ.

Yours is still growing, who gives a sh*t about the colour.

how can people can still look at them in the mirror when they are bald or grey is beyond understanding...

but maybe the same kin who wear shorts and flipflops !

????

anecdotal story:  my 74 year old mother was graying

she also used thyroid medication

she came on year and forgot her medication

I had iherb thyroid support - natural ingredients in house

She took that, felt ok, kept taking it

her grey hair started slowly to be light brown over the months, to darker

all her friends thought she dyed her hair

nope, natural thyroid support from now foods is doing something ...

Shave your nuts, leave your hair, soon like me it will be white & I certainly do not care as my friends could not give a hoot.

Stop being so vain

So: grey, bald, bald on top with long ponytail behind, huge beer gut hangin' provocatively over a Speedo, scraggly beard, Chang wifebeater--whatever, it's all good, man. We always hansum.

Thanks for letting us know how to easily recognize you when passing you, sitting at the concrete tables outside 7/11

Strange post... gray matter...

Keep your hair short so they are less noticeable. Also, as you mention, gels/waxes can help. But otherwise, embrace it. It's more important to focus on have a fit and healthy body, look after your skin with things like rosehip oil and enough sleep, and of course a bit of manscaping where necessary. It's the overall package that matters.

When we later moved to the UK she understood the difference in cultures, never seeing anyone

Buy new eyes, you clearly know nothing and understand nothing.

Your wife was right, at least she knows that grey hair is more than ugly.

Opal thinks the greying makes me look like "George Clooney". My viewing of the mirror says "Albert Steptoe". Perception.

True

since growing his grey hair, he looks more attractive.

I feel fortunate to have reached an age that gives me grey hairs.

I often think back to the poor buggers I've known in the past who have died so young and

never had a chance to make it to old age due to terminal illnesses or accidents.

I reached that age at only 23, sadly.  Didn't go down well with the ladies either.  Some recoiled in horror when they saw them.  Must have thought I was much older.

No wonder I never got married lol
