I see Robs has a guide pinned for those applying for settlement visa, does anyone have one for applying for my wifes 16 year old son to settle here?

He will need a settlement visa so it's the same you have already gone through with your wife, same application form and you will need to show you can support him and have sufficient accomodation for him on his arrival. See Family members notes . You may have to put up an extra strong case in your covering letter due to his age, he is entitled to a settlement visa but it is said it gets more difficult as the child approaches 18.

As moss says, it is difficult but not impossible. For proffessional help, i can personally recommend someone who has helped me. Hint, he comes from and supports Liverpool
