Ambassador Kim met with Thai Minister attached to the Prime Minister’s Office Anucha Nakasai on Friday. Even though Thailand has followed a resolution issued by the United Nation’s Security Council to pressure North Korea, Thailand and North Korea have maintained bilateral dialogue and continued cooperation on different levels. How exactly do you "follow a resolution" (of trade restrictions and diplomatic downgrading) designed to "pressure" North Korea and at the same time "maintain bilateral dialogue and cooperation"?
