The Trump administration is rushing through new rules in case he loses. One of those rules would make it easier for employers to legally treat defacto employees as contractors. So they would enjoy far few rights, less protection, and lower pay.

The conservative justices on the Supreme Court have a mostly horrendous record when it comes to corporations vs. workers. Well, horrendous if you're on the side of workers.

This is precisely why Trump "loves the uneducated."  He can get them to vote against their own self-interest.

Yes, I read a report that even though the Trump administration is supporting the case to declare Obamacare invalid, his supporters still don't believe that he is trying to get rid of effective coverage of pre-existing conditions.
