Thai media 77kaoded reporting on the continuing flood crisis in Thailand's eastern province of Sa Kaeo, said that a restraining wall of a reservoir on the Cambodian side of the border had collapsed causing flooding.

However, flood waters continued to recede across the province with standing water now remaining in three districts and 15 sub-districts.

Provincial governor Kiatsak Janthara had ordered much needed supplies to be handed out at four locations where soup kitchens were also set up for people.

and the low pressure system from tropical storm Saudel will be here on the 25th.
