This is my first time to visit Hua Hin. (coming July)

What should be better to book hotel thru internet or go directly to Hua HIn and them find it?

In July it will be quiet.

Take pot luck, you can always move after the first night if you are not happy with the first hotel.

Booking thru a travel agency online, thru local travel agency or just walk in?

Which offer better price?

try booking a package deal.

many offer flight and accommodation included in price and its usually a good deal.

if not then i would suggest walk in and get the price from the hotel direct.

BUt I found the sawadee nowadays a little bit more expensive than before
