I have a friend that doesn't have a clue about anything to do with tablets and computer stuff. He has an Apple Ipad that's 4-5 years old and when I tried to help him install antivirus software he realized he had forgotten the required password as well as the Apple password and the recovery phone number.

Is there anything I can do to help him or is the only option to bring the tablet to an Apple service center?

Bring him to the a doctor so that he can get medication that improves his memory.
