Peeping Tom nabbed at Nonthaburi gas station

A 48 year old Thai man has admitted he is a pervert and will appear in court facing jail after he was seized in a citizens' arrest at a gas station in Bang Bua Thong, Nonthaburi. 

 

Wutthichai was grabbed by a member of a rescue foundation and the lady's boyfriend after "Jiap" screamed out in the loos.

Wutthichai was filming under the door of the cubicle. 

 

A taxi driver said that he had seen the perv sitting having a coffee. After the woman went to the toilet he followed her.

 

Wutthichai was handed over to the Bang Bua Thong police. 

 

Chief Pol Col Siraphop Anusiri charged him with outraging public decency. He will appear in Nonthaburi court and faces a month in prison and/or a 10,000 baht fine. Plus he will be obliged to undergo therapy to make sure he doesn't reoffend. 

 

Wutthichai said he liked to video women in toilets and he used the footage to satisfy his sexual urges. 

 

He admitted that he was a pervert.

There is more to the story...

Thai news reports claim that she had already reported an incident to police. However, without progress, she took matters into her own hands and setup a sting to catch the incident on video.

 

This is why she was already filming, and why the story sticks out a bit.
