Update, heard  nothing from the sheeeeite  company, guess they figure  not worth  pursuing, have  finished their  beam myself using my  concrete  mixer, then done 10  panels 3  inch thick, these are  about 9 feet  long 3 feet  wide, they slowly  get smaller down to 6  foot  max  length towards the end. Smashed in more metal  poles 1.5  metres  long then welded  rebar to it, threw  in after breaking up the old  slab as  hard  core.

Reckon Ill be done in about 3  weeks although holidays  will eat into that, didnt want to do any of this but its the only SAFE  way. I havent employed anyone here for 7  years  to do any work and it  seems  I never  will anywhere in Thailand after this final episode.

Note  added  the weep  holes which are 1.5 inch pipe back thru to earth not  blocked so water should drain freely  out.
