Just looked into getting a dermal filler into my my penis.

Its a injection to make it bigger / thicker I guess ..not longer obviously

 

In Sydney they want 9k Aud !!!!!

Too much !!!

I heard about this bloke some years ago he paid a liposuction doc in Pattaya to suck some of the fat out of his beer gut and inject it into his penis. Apparently, as OP says, it made his penis very much thicker but no longer, the guy reckoned his penis was now like a can of baked beans.
