Some advise sought.Iam thinking abt a small holiday home in Samui.I've spotted a nice one in Namuang.Is this an o.k area ?

It's a fine area, nearly bought a house there myself. However, it is a little bit far away from everything. Not a huge problem but you need to think about everyday living.

The place iam thinking abt is close to the road to the waterfall if that helps.How for to Lamai ? abt 10 km ? Anyone know the place ?

Namuang,from lamai ,heading to Nathon ,just past Hua Thanon a couple of kilometers,past the temple with the mummified monk.

On the right hand side MM, you have the flashing light for the intersection & a small cluster of nice Thai homes,turn right there& follow the road to the car park.

PS as you turn in ,a man will ask you where you going,ignore him.Just spinning yarns telling you car park closed so he can sell you tickets for elephant ride.
