These numbers probably the tip of the iceberg. A further alcohol ban coming this week is most likely.

The previous alcohol ban was for Songkran to stop people traveling and partying. You should have plenty of time to stock up before then.

Unfortunately, probably in the 1000's per day within the next 2 weeks after the long holiday.

Unfortunately, probably in the 1000's per day now as they don't test.  But yes, it's going to get worse.

315 is a big number. Sadly, It will continue to rise

We actually don't know since they don't publish the infection rate.

It's below 1 the outbreak is declining, and if higher it's spreading.

315 cases itself would be an extremely small amount of cases for a country that size, if Thailand tested like Europe does.

I might be naive but I still think Thailand can go through this without a need for lockdowns again.

what do you want them to do? turn up at a random village, line everybody up against a wall and swab the lot of them?

or test and trace as many people as they can once they detect someone with symptoms?

They could start taking sewer samples across the country since covid-19 can be detected like that.

That's an easy and cheap way to see how massive the problem is.

Does not give you an exact number, but can be used to determine if covid-19 has spread to the entire country.
