Looking to buy some land for the GF in Satun, asking price is 2M for 4.5 Rai but we're going to offer 1.5M & would probably go to 1.7M, it's up to her, my part of the project is capped at 1M. Land has the "Top Chanote" (she did tell me which one but I forget & we have looked at cheaper land before which didn't have the right "Paper" so she knows what's she's looking for) is next to a major road (about a 20 minutes walk away from where her family live) & currently has some old (I think 15yr) Rubber trees on there so the plan would be to take them down maybe a Rai at a time & replace with Palm Oil trees keeping 0.5 Rai back to build something on down the line. Does this sound like a reasonable price? TBH we've been looking for the right piece of land in this area for > 5 years so if they did hold firm at 2M I'd probably put another 300K in.
