A common maneuver from Thai drivers is to pullout into oncoming traffic who have the right of way to make a right hand turn as they lack discipline to wait for a safe gap in the traffic .

Especially if they are driving something big like a 8  wheeler or a cement truck. I live near a U-Turn on Hwy 36, they do it all the time there. At some point blocking traffic in 5 lanes.
