Just home from the TV Sparerib/pi**up and what a great night it was. Interesting to be able to put so many faces to avatars. Thanks go out to George (lovely chap), Buckwheat (great cook), thaigerd etc. for organizing the event and goodnight to all the members who were there. What a shame that many who signed up didn't show up taking away the opportunity from those who wished to go after the cut-off date. There was plenty of beer left over and despite my inner urge I was told by Mrs Baabaabobo to leave it alone. Anyway good fun was had by all and I thinks thanks are in order. THANKS!

Wasn't there for the BBQ but sounds like it was a great day. Any thoughts about having one on a public holiday when the bars are (mostly) shut - eg Queen's birthday on Aug 12. Perhaps at a central/suitable beach area such as Kamala, Karon or Kata Yai or Noi?
