How does one get a redundant or inappropriate thread reviewed by the moderators with a view to getting it removed?

Try the report function from the drop down menu where the 3 dots are (top right corner of post)

As pointed out by other members, use the Report function in the opening post of the topic for the topic to reviewed by the moderators.
