Is there such a thing as a standard divorce agreement when going through an uncontested divorce? If so, where night I find a copy for translation?

 

Further, can anyone recommend a divorce lawyer in Koh Samui?

Amphur has a standard form, back side is for custody of children and child support. I would be VERY careful even if it is uncontested though. There are documented cases where the wife and amphur officer agreed on what to write, and it wasn't what the husband and wife had agreed on. Always bring a lawyer that meets the wife the first time on that day. 

 

I have never searched for it but the form should be available on the internet.

If getting an uncontested divorce you don't need one.

 

If the wife writes anything on the form it might be wise to have someone on your side to translate it. In my case neither my wife nor I wrote anything other than a signature.
