I'm submitting a Report of Birth Abroad application to USA embassy, and one of the things they need is "Mother’s prenatal records". Does anyone know what this is?

Since this not topic visa related I moving it to the Family and Children forum.

Well, prenatal care is the health care you get while you are pregnant. 

Not sure what evidence one can get in the US, copy of medical journal, receipts?
