It would be a shame if Cuomo is turfed out for his sexual behavior since his handling of the pandemic was a far bigger crime, that was stupid, dishonest, and catastrophic.  It cost many unnecessary deaths, especially in nursing homes.  

He should go to prison for it.

That’s completely different! Kavanaugh was credibly accused of raping doctor Ford and possibly gang raping multiple women back in the 1980s. We have sworn statements, eye witness accounts and a plethora of accompanying evidence. 
 

Doctor Ford was in fearful of her life. It caused her to be fearful of flying and fearful of doors. What Kavanaugh did was horrific. He permanently scarred a young woman’s livelihood through crimes and possibly more. 
 

You people are the real problem. You harm women by not believing in their accusations. You only believe ones that fit your own political leanings.

Ad hominem arguments were a staple with the Trump administration, supporters and posters cheer-leading that side. Don't recall much issues with that, provided it's directed in the opposite direction.

Considering Cuomo's case haven't gone that far yet, how can you discount simply on the available facts? Or for that matter, how can you determine that it's not similar in any way?

I didn't say anything about believing either or not believing either set of complaints.

For Schumer resigning for the sexual harrassment may well be a blessing in disguise.  It will give him more time to defend himself on upcoming nursing home death charges which are almost a certainty to happen.

"almost a certainty to happen"? Not even John Daukas, the acting assistant attorney for the Civil Rights division of the Justice Dept. under Trump claims it's anything like a certainty and he's hardly an impartial party.
