The illegal drug suppression police have arrested a suspect, who is believed to be involved in a drug trafficking network allegedly run by Soradet Sonsiri, also known as “Kook Rayong”, who is already in custody.

Police also raided a residence, worth 35 million baht, in Klaeng district of Rayong, and made seizures which included six cats.

The registered owner of the residence, identified as being Kook Rayong’s wife, is still on the run.

I knew Thai police were corrupt but didn't think they were illegal.  Like the much trumpeted Thai Navy they will all get awards and medals for rescuing some cats.

Genius idea, but how is an honest crim expected to make a living these days..?
