as a very successful lifetime, now-retired, retired very early  , IT professional , i am dismayed by the recent changes to this forum;

any responsible IT manager would have tested all the changes well beforehand  and certainly never introduce so many changes at the same time;

from what the user experiences, there are valueless cosmetic changes, icons and such and some radically useless database queries like 'days won';

all this at the expense of system integrity, continuity (forms resubmission, total <deleted>);

this was a screwup, plain and simple;

KISS; keep it simple, stupid, the app has gone downhill

There's certainly room for a better, more dynamic concept; TV seems to have fewer and fewer topics of interest as the months go by, perhaps this is a function of the lack of tourists?

As for the new format, they seem to have employed coders with only basic CSS skills.
