Well he won it last year in the Championship and he has won it this year in a poll conducted from his peers in the EPL.

Reading finished 8th.

Is he the fisrt Manager to ever win it occupying such a lowly position as 8th?????

The other 2 clubs that came up with us were relegated.

Its gonna be even harder next year ...but your tributes to the man that has beaten Sir Alex (who voted for Coppell), can be added below.

Short of Wenger, Mourihno , Benitez or Fergie quitting or being sacked I am hopeful of another season with Stevie at the helm.

It has been a FANTASTIC season if you support Reading...luckily for me I DO, though I suspect there are many closet Reading fans out here in cyberspace
