I am from the UK and just got married to a USA woman in Thailand as we live and work here, we have all the Thai marriage documentation and just want to know the process to get this marriage recognized in the UK

As far as I know you do not need to do anything. Under international treaties your marriage is recognized in all countries.

You don't have to do anything. In reality, in the UK, you are rarely asked for proof of your marriage. (The exceptions being pensions or applying for a passport for a child, etc.)

What I would advise is to get your Thai marriage documentation translated into English and legalised at the Ministry of Foreign affairs.

You don't need to do this, but it could well be handy in the future, especially if you leave Thailand at some point. For the relatively small cost it is nice to have for peace of mind.
