UK centric - Asda mobile sim users please take note -

If you happen to have an Asda mobile sim you may have been aware that they have changed from piggybacking on the EE network to using Vodafone. Although I was aware of this, and spoke to their customer service recently, I hadn't been made aware that by mid September, if you haven't swapped your sim for a new one, your sim will apparently "stop working".........

 

If you use it for financial providers OTPs that could be a tad disastrous.

 

What is not clear to me is what happens with an ordinary balance as opposed to a "package" when you switch over.......
