prices for workers

So i want to speed up my building my house. Wife says the price is from 450-600bht for good workers and she also says that she knows workers sitting home instead of getting 350bht. Which i actually beleive. How and where to get workers from neighbouring countries? What are their prices.

Neighbouring countries ? steer clear of that because in order to get migrant labour legally will take some time to get through the bureaucracy.   Illegal labour will leave you open to BIB and their pals giving you a hard time. Employing locals will depend upon where you live also but employing good ones, well best of luck with that, they are out there but generally fully employed.
