Girlfriend Returning From Ubon to Chiang Mai on 20th or 21st. Any restrictions?

My girlfriend is looking at flying back form Ubon Ratchathani to Chiang Mai via DM in Bangkok.

 

Does anyone know restrictions? Does she need to do quarantine?

 

Where can I check to get latest info?

we had self quarantaine last year. one time only the 'poo yai ban' came to check on us, never came inside, wanted to make a pic as evidence that he came to see us! ????

I don't know what they are doing at the airport, but driving into town from the south on Highway 11 today, there are absolutely no Covid checkpoints as they had in the past.
If you're worried about flying in, perhaps ground or train would be a better option.  The wife an I have been between Lamphun and CM at least once a week since we were told that they are enforcing quarantine.  I've seen no enforcement.  On the contrary during Songkran they may as well have rolled out the welcome mat considering all the Bangkok license plates I saw driving around town.
