Can't see the helmet being much use, he's got no neck!

He's just wearing a white turtleneck at the same time as he rides past a white wall.

Hate to inform you of this, but the world does not revolve purely around those two countries. Canada has it's own English which mostly follows UK English (not in this case).

It's not our fault you lot can't pronounce a Z like we can, along with the Yanks, and the New Sealanders. :o

Don't get me started on hour we speak the true French, unlike that bastardized variant they speak in Europe.

:o

Well... :D Okay... If You want to be the first Canadian to side with the Yanks... On your head be it... I'm calling the Queen :D

As for your Francais Bastardisée... I must mention this young Quebecoise I took home one night, when I was running the bar in Guatemala last year... She couldn't speak french for sh1t but she did know 'ow to Rrrroll her tongue :D

Happy to oblige. It takes at least one sane person to keep you idiots in check.

English came to our country in 1497, almost a hundred years before it arrived down south. How much of our language they adopted is up to them.

:D Touché. as the Fre-- English say!

:o

Oh, well that's easy... I'm a perfect one. :bah:

:D :D :o:D :D

Kerryd is a plain one

(only chose him cos he's reading this right now...)

Idiot (plain or otherwise) means IQ of 20 OR LESS!!!!

Some may ask what is the difference between a plain idiot and a perfect idiot.....I ask what is the difference between a past perfect idiot and a future perfect idiot?

Chownah

Are you sure Kayo, I will defer if I am wrong, but I thought it was a z not an s in proper Queenies English, just a thought as everybody is capitalizing on everybody's mistakes :o

Good Luck

Capitalize is the 'most' correct. However, capitalise is acceptable!

I'm Canadian. I say zed not zee (you watched too much US TV CdnVic; I remember one commerical for A to Zee toilet tissue), and I'm trained like all good baby seal editors to use Queen's or American English, when appropriate (now I do editing for a US firm, so American brain turned on). I usually use "ise" in my own lingo, but Canadian and US is always "ize". But, Canucks retain valour, colour, etc. My Queenie favs include aluminium, all the haemo prefix words, and so many more. heehee

I don't see how you could surmise my pronunciation from text, but I can assure you I never use zee unless I'm explaining Dutch geography.

I quote you thus, dear countryman. The yanks say Zee for Zed.

And in actual use it comes out as "zzzzz" regardless of how you say the letter on it's own. The Brits always pronounce it "sss" when used in a word. That's why they don't really use it. Yanks and Kiwis seem to be able to use it too.

I'm talking the letter, so obviously that's where the misunderstanding lies. A, B,C....Zed, rather than Zee.
