Can an initial 90 day Non B visa be cancelled?

Featured Replies

Things have not worked out between me and my potential employer. My current visa is the initial 90 day Non B visa. I do not have a WP or 1 year extension.

They employer told me since I am not going to be working for them, they must cancel the Visa. Can they even do this? I want to stay on this visa and find a new job. It currently has 2 months left.

A visa cannot be canceled.

For a extreme infraction of the law the 90 day entry from your non-b could be canceled and then you would be deported.

Thanks for the reply friend. Why would they tell me it's going to be cancelled? Are they just trying to make me leave the country?

I hope there won't be any issues departing on the visa if it never gets the 1 year extension with a WP

Just a bluff to try and stop you from finding another employer.

No problem to leave the country if needed.
