Clear new information - 14 day quarantine for all & Red-zones

The latest CCSA press conference confirms: 

Red-Zone but not full lock down on BKK and 5 other provinces (no eat in, all take out restaurants closed at 9pm, all bars closed)

Light-red Zone in 45 provinces (eat in up to 9pm, no booze, all take out closed at 11pm, all bars closed)

Orange zone in 26 remaining provinces (dine in until 11pm, no booze, all bars closed)

14 day quarantine for most from 1st May, and for ALL from 6th May (even thought who have a vaccination), can’t leave the hotel room, can’t use ASQ facilities after first negative covid-19 test.
