Bangkok Hospital, Phuket - vaccine survey

I received this survey from the Bangkok Hospital in Phuket, asking a number of questionswhether I would want a vaccine and if so which one.

I don't know if other Bangkok Hospitals are sending them out, or indeed other hospitals up an down the country.

just yesterday afternoon the government barred private import, so they will have to buy from the government.

on top of AZ and sinovac, there might be pfizer and sputnik, but not certain and no any date given.

It would complicate for hospitals speedy and uncomplicated distribution. Probably will also increase price, as the government will charge for this service, throw more red tape and taxes.

Earlier on private hospitals wanted moderna in august and J&J the earliest was mentioned for october, but now chances are slim.

Don't get your hopes up.  I completed a similar survey with bumrungrad 3 months ago, and I never heard anything from them since.
