Eight hospitals in Thailand have been temporarily closed after their medical personnel became infected with COVID-19, or had to be quarantined, because a number of patients concealed facts about their infections.

COVID-19 infected Thai embassy staff repatriated from India on special RTAF flight

Three Thai officials working at the Thai Embassy in New Delhi, India, who are infected with COVID-19, and another, who is considered as to be high risk, were flown into Bangkok on Saturday on a Royal Thai Air Force Airbus 320.

MAE SARIANG, Thailand (Reuters) -Thousands of ethnic Karen villagers in Myanmar are poised to cross into Thailand if, as expected, fighting intensifies between the Myanmar army and Karen insurgents, joining those who have already escaped the turmoil that followed a Feb. 1 coup.

PHUKET:-- People in Phuket wanting to register to receive a state COVID vaccination must register through the ‘Phuket Must Win’ web portal. Any registrations through the national ‘MorProm’ channel will be cancelled by officials.
