When you check your status there is a "The Next Appointment" button which produces the PDF looking like the "slip" that you get at immigration.

Printing/putting in passport?

I would only do that if had to visit immi office for next report.

If you have a smartphone copy the pdf or do a picture.

 

I don't carry original passport commonplace.

Only photocopies of main page and admitted until stamp.

Go back to the on-line application > https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do?cmd=acceptTerm

and click the Green option 'Check the status of your application'

Clicking the small icon to the right of the row with the APPROVED notification you are then able to print-out both the Notification as well as the Receipt of Notification, and it is the latter  which displays your next 90-day reporting date (and which you are supposed to keep in your passport as proof that you comply).

The next report date only appears on the next appointment that you can print out or save.

You need to back to this page. https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do?cmd=acceptTerm Then click the green buttong to check the status of you application. Then enter the transaction reference number.

After clicking the hour magnifying you will see this at the bottom of the page. 

Click the magnifying glass. And you will see approval page with this at the bottom of the page.
